Cancellation Policy
All course fees are non-refundable. Customers canceling a course registration held at one of the ACC LAL Training Workshops must do so in writing, at least 20 business days in advance in order to receive a credit for the course. The credit will be 50% of the participant's registration costs that can be used toward other ACC products and services, and must be used within one year of date issued.

If cancellation notice is received less than 20 business days prior to the course date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the training fee.

Changing or switching course dates will be subject to availability as well as the cancellation terms as stated above.
