The gel-clot test is the original LAL test method and is the one described in the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). It is also the default method in the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) and Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP). Pyrotell gel-clot lysate comes packaged in lyophilized form in convenient single test vials with 0.2 mL/vial and in economical multitest vials with 2 or 5 mL/vial.
Please note:
- Sensitivities range from 0.25 to 0.03 EU/mL.
- A 0.5 EU/mL sensitivity is available for single test vials (STV).
- The 0.03EU/mL is also available with PyrosolŪ buffer added.
