PRODUCT RESERVE OPTION
Upon request, Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. will reserve specific lots of product at no charge for a period of up to one year. Product is reserved in accordance with the following terms:
- The minimum volume of product that can be placed on reserve is 100 vials.
- The minimum shipment from reserve is 10 vials per shipment.
- Reserves are held no longer than (1) year from the date of acceptance or one (1) year short of the Expiration Date - whichever is shortest. This date is the reserve expiration date.
- A Purchase Order or Standing Purchase Order covering the total product to be held with an agreed-to shipping schedule indicating the first shipment within 30 days of acceptance and the last shipment on, or prior to, reserve expiration date.
- Reserves will be monitored to assure that agreed to, or modified, shipping schedules are met. If there is any product remaining on the reserve within 30 days of the reserve expiration date, Customer Service will notify the customer that a final shipment for the remaining balance will take place within 30 days, and will be invoiced against the Standing Order.
- Accepted Orders are firm, and no return of reserved orders will be accepted by ACC.
