Instructions for retrieving Certificates
There are two sets of numbers you’ll be entering; the first box takes the shorter of the two numbers and is usually a 2 or 3-digit number referenced as the Control Standard Endotoxin (CSE) lot#. The second box takes the longer of the two numbers and is referenced as the Lysate number. Sometimes this number may include a letter at the beginning (i.e. S06412) which will need to be included, but is not case sensitive. Remember when entering in the numbers to exclude any dashes. Once you enter in the appropriate numbers, click the "Get PDF" button.
