Most recently, Dr. Meuse was executive vice president of North American Scientific’s Biotechnology Business Unit, Theseus Imaging Corporation. He previously held product development and business management positions at Bausch & Lomb and Corning-Costar Life Science and was Chief Operating Officer of Molecular Geodesics and Cytomatrix. Dr. Meuse was also a consultant to top-tier pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical device companies and a Manager of a technology oriented product development consulting firm.

Dr. Meuse has an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine consortium doctoral program.

Alison Skinner, Ph.D., Executive Vice President
Dr. Skinner has over 20 years experience in the medical device and life science sectors. Her experience ranges from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, with positions including CEO/President and Board member, Vice President and Executive Director. She successfully commercialized products in a number of business areas, including spine, orthopaedics, sports medicine/arthoscopy, laparoscopy and absorbable devices. Dr. Skinner was also a member of the Board of Directors for MassMEDIC in 2001, an industry group for medical devices in Massachusetts. She received her Ph.D. and BSc (Hons) in Materials Engineering from University of Surrey, Guildford, England.

Peter Langlais, Vice President of Business Development and Global Distribution
Mr. Langlais has served in a variety of sales management and business development positions during his 19 year career, 14 of which have been in the biotechnology field. Mr. Langlais was most recently Senior Director of Commercial Development for Tripos Inc., a cheminformatics company specializing in molecular modeling software, informatics consulting and drug lead optimization. Previously, he held several positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing management with IGEN International, a technology platform and contract service provider to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Mr. Langlais also spent three years as a stockbroker and portfolio manager with Prudential Bache Securities. He received his B.S. in Biology from Western New England College.

Frank Keller, Director of Finance
Frank Keller comes to the Company from Spacelabs Healthcare, Inc. a division of OSI Systems, where he held the position of Director of Finance. A CPA with expert level skills in financial analysis and management, Mr. Keller’s experience includes international finance, foreign trade and financial structuring of technology-focused companies. Previous positions include Finance Director of Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA) and Finance Director of Theseus Imaging, Inc.

Frank holds a degree in Accounting from UCLA, received his Master of Business Administration degree from The Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College and his CPA was granted in May 1993.
